Multi night stays are substantially discounted. 

Pricing ranges from $165 to $350 per night depending on season, length of stay an day of week. Discounts are often available.
Base rate includes 2 people using one bed. Extra people or extra bedrooms are available at $40 per night. Infants who cannot  crawl and the parents provide all bedding are free. Infants who can crawl, children and adults are all charged as extra people.

General Conditions
We welcome your booking on the following basis:
By law all of our accommodation is non-smoking indoors. Additional charges will apply for evidence of smoking indoors, candle wax removal, excess or deliberate damage or breakages greater than fair wear and tear. Pets are not permitted.
Access is contactless. You must contact us a few days before arrival to get your key box location and code. We recommend arrival in daylight to make finding your key easy.
On discounted rates:
Full payment is required at time of booking. No refunds or changes.
On full rate bookings, the following conditions apply:
All cancellations will incur a minimum $50 administration fee. We will try to resell. The earlier you advise us, the better the chance that we can resell. If we resell at a lower price, we additionally charge you the difference.
Cancellations over 1 month in advance, we charge you:
- a minimum $50 administration charge.
Less than 1 month but more than 7 days,
we charge you the lower of either:
- 50% of reserved services if unable to resell, or
- the $50 administration fee plus the difference if we resell for a lower price.
Less than 7 days, we charge you
the lower of either:
- 100% of reserved services if unable to resell, or
- the $50 administration fee plus the difference if we resell for a lower price.
No Show, we charge you: - total cost of reserved services.
